What we cannot help with

We do not sell anything, so we cannot help with an order, a delivery, a return or a warranty claim. Those go to the retailer you bought from.

No phone, no address

Tinsel Tote is a publication rather than a shop. There is no storefront, no phone line and no service area, which is why you will not find a city or an address anywhere on this site.
